2023-2024 Academic Year
Curriculum changes approved by the Graduate AP&P Committee will be effective only at the beginning of a Fall semester (as approved by AP&P on 12/1/10, see p. 12 of the minutes). For example, because the February 26, 2024 meeting is the deadline for 2023-2024 Graduate Bulletin changes, that means that proposals approved at Graduate AP&P from September through February will be effective Fall 2024, and proposals approved at Graduate AP&P from March 2024 through February 2025 will be effective Fall 2025.
Note: All meetings will be held from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. in 224 IG Greer unless otherwise noted.
All proposals must be sent directly to gradapp@appstate.edu by 5:00 pm on the proposal deadlines indicated below.
Fall 2023
- September 18 (proposal deadline August 28)
- October 23 (proposal deadline October 2)
- November 20 (proposal deadline October 30)
Spring 2024
- January 29 (proposal deadline January 8)
- February 26 (proposal deadline February 5) - LAST meeting to have proposals approved and included in Fall 2024 Bulletin
- March 18 (proposal deadline March 4)
- April 22 (proposal deadline April 1)
